At Dublin’s Irish Whiskey Museum, an English-speaking guide such as Briain, Linda, or Andrew shows you how to build a proper Irish coffee. You’ll hear two origin stories, prepare your own drink, learn the right color and cream structure, then enjoy it. The 45-minute class costs $23 and is wheelchair accessible.
