You’ll sample at least three house spirits with guidance, finish with a Gin and Tonic, and receive 10% off purchases. The 90-minute tour suits curious drinkers and Shakespeare visitors alike.

Spend 75 minutes at Sky Wave Gin in Launton, near Bicester, with a welcome G&T, a look at the production stills, and a guided tasting of three gins. Helen often leads the session, explaining Sky Wave’s unusual beginnings, botanical choices, and smooth distilling style. At 11am, Sam and the Shakespeare Distillery team take you behind the scenes at their working Stratford-upon-Avon distillery. At Hooting Owl Distillery in central York, guides including Tom, Mark, and Martin explain the distilling process and the story of Sir Owlfred Tyton Hodgins. You’ll receive a welcome drink, taste spirits from a 25-bottle range, and finish with a full measure of your choice. The small group is limited to 12 people.

Spend about five hours at Nelson’s Distillery in Staffordshire learning how gin, vodka, and rum are made. With guidance from David and the team, choose from more than 60 botanicals, fruits, and spices, distil a shared 70cl bottle, then wax seal and label it for home. Lunch, tastings, tea, coffee, and soft drinks are included.
Start at noon near Borough Market with a guide and VOX headset, explore two hours of British and international food stalls, then take the Tube to Beefeater Gin Distillery in Kennington.
